MR Mondays: Week 1, September 2019

Welcome to yet another month of Member Recognition Mondays! This month, we are recognizing members throughout the district who continues to bring positivity to their home club! This week, we are recognizing the northern divisions of Capital, Golden Gate, and Sunset.

🦅Capital Division🦅
Ricky Sparrow, CSU Sacramento
Ricky is one of the most passionate member we have in Capital. He is constantly thinking of new ideas to get others involved or different ways to promote Circle K. During tabling he would always go up to new people and talk to them what we are all about. He played a major role during Sac State’s tabling period. He makes the new members feel welcomed and included in service events and socials.
Fun Fact: Ricky works at Starbucks!

🌉Golden Gate Division🌉
Joanne Cabanlit, CSU East Bay
As someone who never seems to run out of energy, she has been unrelenting in bringing that spirit out for her home club and for Golden Gate Division. With a passion for fellowship, her infectious energy induces a lot participation and positive energy at Circle K events and tabling this Fall Season. Despite being just a general member she leaves a strong impact on many people and showcases what CSU East Bay is all about. Her aura of happiness makes her super fun to be around and it seems she can liven up anyone’s day!
Fun Fact: She used to work at Six Flags Six Flags Discovery Kingdom and would dread the day Fall Rally North happens for Key Club because thousands of noisy teens would make life super busy!

🌅Sunset Division🌅
Ishan Pathirana, UC Santa Cruz
You can always count on Ishan to put a smile on your face! He is always cheerful and very friendly at events! Ishan always has a smile on his face and is always looking to be a positive influence on everybody’s lives.
Fun Fact: He has a great smile, and loves to see everyone else smile too 🙂
