Claremont Collges CKI strives to give students from the 5-Cs an opportunity to serve the community and making a difference in people’s lives, whether it be by reading to kids or painting a house with Habitat for Humanity. Under the leadership of president emeritus, Nitt Chuenprateep, Claremont Colleges CKI has become one of the most prominent social service organization on campus. Some of the Claremont College CKI’s favorite progects include Reading to Kids® at inner city elementary schools in LA, after-school tutoring, and dancing with residents at retirement homes.
