As a small or newer club, you (and members!) have the opportunity to develop and shape the traditions, events, and atmosphere of the club. When tabling or recruiting, let members know that they have this unique opportunity to really shape your club’s Circle K, whereas at other more established and larger Circle K’s, there’s less opportunity for change.
